We generally have congregational fellowships after our Sunday evening service once a month. We arrange for guest speakers, often missionaries, to come to tell us about their work for God. We usually have a cup of tea with eats and a time for informal discussion with our speakers at these events too.

We open up the church on Tuesdays from 10:30 -12:30 for the local community. We provide tea, coffee and biscuits and a listening ear for any who come in. We use this time to
give help to those who want it and share our faith
with those who are interested.
We distribute Christian literature, which deals with contemporary issues and the place of Jesus in relation to these. Examples of the titles of the leaflets which use include,
“Search and Rescue,”
“What's the Point?” and
“Ending the Pretending.”
Our congregation has a Missions Support Committee that arranges fundraising events. All the funds raised are distributed to various Christian charities. Some of the funds go towards helping the needy in Scotland, and in other parts of the world: the care of those who are affected by poverty or terminal illness. It also provides funding for the education of the disadvantaged and good quality Theological Studies.
Our fundraising events are generally held in the Church hall and include sales tables, which can be a good opportunity to pick up a bargain, some preserves or even home-baking!
